I love using these in class to add challenge to arm exercises. I use the 2 pound weights but anything between 1 - 3 is perfect.

I love using a mini stability ball to my Pilates workout (and in Private Classes!) It adds variety to arm, leg, ab, and glute exercises. So versatile!
